Nobody lied here- bbb did take expires coupons very temporarily then changed their policy like 2,months later. For a while not all the cashiers knew what was going on so if you happened to get one who didn't know the policy switched, you got to use an expired one. Now they're very strict about it ;-/

This thread is almost a year old - they did take them in may when this was posted but the policy has since changed
I have had no luck getting them to honor expired coupons recently since it's been so long since the policy change

Buy Buy Baby now takes expired coupons!!!
Buy buy baby can bite me.
I got a bunch of gifts that I wouldn't be able to use(duplicates and extras of stuff we already had so much of).
I looked the stuff up on their website to make sure they sold it, and brought it in. The woman very nastily wouldn't take any of it back.

Really? I'd try again. In my experience, BBB will take back an old sock if you bring it there. You'll get store credit, but they'll take it.

im surprised by this too
just recently i went and returned something that i got months ago for DD...i didnt have a receipt and it wasnt on my registry so they needed my license info and gave me a store credit

That's why I went there! I heard so many good things that they take everything back. The item I was trying to return was a snuggle nest co sleeper my neighbor gave us. I pulled it right up on their website. She was like "do you have PROOF it was bought here?" Obviously I do not since I just said it was a gift. She was so rude to me, and the woman behind me in line was up my ass. I was so annoyed. This was the Huntington one, maybe I'll try westbury during the week.
