Mortgage Rates
If you just went to closing within the last 30 days or so would you mind sharing your mortgage interest rate and lender?
My DH and I are have to get a mortgage and I don't know where to begin.

Re: Mortgage Rates
I have worked with Pat Marabella with Continental home loans or Rob Keil with Wells Fargo who could put your loan through a VIP financial advisory platform. Feel free to FM me for contact info.

Re: Mortgage Rates
We have not closed but are a couple of weeks in. We are refinancing with Bethpage Credit Union, 15 year, 2.5%.
When we bought our house we used Bruce Silva at Continental and have nothing bad to say about him.

Is Continental Home Loans a broker?
It's a direct lender, it's a mortgage bank. Very reputable among agents. They are fast and have good customer service. I've had many clients use them, and they have always been happy.
I had a closing today. My buyer client used Continental, got a 30 year FHA loan, and the rate was 3.25 percent.

Re: Mortgage Rates
I closed last fall but I found the site www.bankrate.com to be very helpful. It listed many different banks and the rate at each for the day. You could also sort by the type of loan (fixed, adjustable, 10, 20, 30 year, etc.)
