Yup. That's why, although I don't want a severely common name, I'm not going to go crazy wanting a "unique" name. In 15 yrs from now those are going to be common names and the Jennifer's, Ashley's, and Laura's are going to be unique.. or rather, rare.

we have the same name and I know i was surprised , as a middle name sure but a first name? 
The others were no surprise.
I do find it amusing that my sons name, which was so common when I was a kid, is now barely in the top 100 classic but not common anymore!

I actually struggled with this. If we have a girl DH and I love the name Sophia. I had a hard time with it because I love the name but I hate that it is so popular! At the end of the day, I love the name and so does DH so it is what it is!

I'm glad our first choice names aren't on there. I know they are somewhat popular but I'm not a top 10 name kind of person. My name is far too unique for my own liking, but my sister is Sarah and she was always one of like 7 Sarah/Sara's in her grade.
