So mad at Peg Perego......
I just started using my Peg Perego Prima Pappa High Chair and I noticed that the front emblem is coming off (really bad--there practically isn't any words left). I was so furious--it is only 3 weeks old and it makes the high chair look crappy. I wouldn't care that much, but for $200.00 it got me so mad.
I called Peg Perego and voiced my complaint. I was told that it was a "cosmetic" defect and that the best they could do is give me 1/2 off a new tray ($17.00 plus tax, shipping and handling). I was like--you charge a lot for your products--I would expect you to stand behind them. I also let them know that I saw every single Peg Perego high chair that was a floor sample at BBB with the same thing going on. I think it really is a cosmetic/manufacturer defect!!!
Has anyone experienced this?

If you do that mark it as defective so they dont' resell to another mom.

Hey J - try it - you never know!! I've brought back an assembled swing because we were missing a part and discovered it when we were almost done putting it together.
I also returned a booster seat because it was also missing a part and I didn't even have a receipt!!
I know - i've had bad luck with these things - but you would be surpirsed - BRU has been very generous and not given us a problem with anything.
Give them a call in advance and ask them.

I would do this too. BRU is fairly liberal w/ their returns on "damaged" items especially if you have the box and receipt.

hi :) I am sorry you are having a problem with them. how rude they were to you at customer service! id call BRU and tell them whats going on - they ahve been great with returns and other issues with me. good luck!

The SAME exact thing is happening to my Prima Papa highchair. I was going to call them too but now I won't bother. That's so rude of them
