Foot pain, anyone?
I have had bunions for years that have never given me any trouble at all, even with my 1st pregnancy. Now I am 13 weeks; and my left bunion is throbbing! I can only wear certain shoes. Is this odd? Am I alone here?

Foot pain, anyone?
Not alone. My feet have been killing me the past few weeks. I have a bunion on my left foot and it hurts like hell. PLUS the bottom of my feet feel like I've been standing on them for 12 hours when I am literally just getting out of bed. The doctor told me it has to do with my ligaments getting loose, and yes even in my feet. I'm going to be 33 weeks on Friday though so don't know if it's the same thing.
I would guess it either has to do with your feet growing or swelling.

My feet are sore too... I have a long commute and I'm always on my feet but I try to elevate them when I can.

Re: Foot pain, anyone?
I developed tendonitis in my foot shortly after becoming pregnant, and I could be wrong but I really think it is related to the pregnancy, maybe hormones or something.

Even if you don't notice it, there is probably some minor swelling going on that is aggrevating your foot. I developed a bursitis in my one foot around 24 weeks and I didn't see any swelling but the orthopedist said there was some minor swelling and that was teh cause. Oh the joys!
