can't keep my eyes open!
I was in FL from Fri-Mon and now I'm back at work and I am dozing at my desk! I don't get it- when I was away I felt amazing everyday- no nausea no headaches, full of energy. And then as soon as we landed in NY I felt sick again! My migraines are back and I can't stay awake!! I really thought I was over that hurdle.

Your mind is more relaxed while away from your normal routine....this has been an experience with me twice since I've been pregnant 
I guess the remedy would be moving to Florida 
That's what I would do...feel better!
