I have had it at least 3 times...and my doctor also said a bit of artificial sweetener is fine.

Someone told me that soft serve was a no-no because the machines are not cleaned often.
I decided that that person is a dirty liar and am eating it anyhow.

Yea i've heard the same that the machines can have listeria but if the place is reputable they probably clean their lines.
not to freak anyone out but my sister used to work at haagen daaz and she said she never saw anyone clean the soft serve lines at her shop.

This! I eat it. I think they clean their machines at least fairly regularly b/c they switch up their flavors.
