Help me sell my house!

I currently live out of state and I am listing my condo for sale on Friday. I think we're listing at a competitive price, at the higher end for the neighborhood, but I live ins city and I have 2 off street parking spots and 2 balconies,so I think we're being realistic.

Moving across the state from pittsburgh to philly in August.

The real estate agent just told me to fix the bathtub caulk and clean out the closets, which I am in the process of doing.

My house is also getting a deep cleaning, I washed me baseboards and kitchen cabinets. I took down all my personal pictures and replaced them with landscape type photos.

I plan to get flowers for the window boxes on my balconies and put out my outdoor furniture.

What else would be good to do?
