Victor Rosenberg - Manhasset Maternal Fetal Med - Immune testing?
Have any of you ladies seen doctor Victor Rosenberg or at least gone to Maternal Fetal Medicine for immune (or other) preconception testing? I had an appt with him last year but didn't proceed because we didn't think there was much of an issue. Now after 3 failed IVF attempts, we know there is so I was thinking of going back.
(As an aside Braverman and SIRM are not options - for insurance and location reasons. Next year I may be able to change insurance and consider Braverman but this year, with the ins I have, I would not have one penny covered with him.)

Victor Rosenberg - Manhasset Maternal Fetal Med - Immune testing?
I had a consult with them prior to beginning my IVF journey(tube issues) but no testing was done. I had used them back in 2004 for my high risk pregnancy and delivery and they were great. I know Dr Rosenberg specializes in immune and blood testing disorders.

Thank you! This office is one of my only hopes at getting immune testing done - I have a very specific insurance that doesn't allow me to go outside of NSLIJ (DH is an NSLIJ employee so we have great benefits with them and terrible benefits everywhere else). I couldn't get an appt with him for another three weeks so I wanted to make sure I wasn't waiting for nothing. I appreciate your insight.

Quick question.. Dr. Rosenberg will do the same testing that Dr. B would do? I'm debating going to Dr. B. but because of financial reasons I want to see if I can find someone in network with my insurance.

Similar, but not the same. If you really want the same workup that Dr.B goes, I'd see Dr.Kofinas in Garden City. He's amazing! 
ETA: Dr.Kofinas is a MFM doctor who you will really see AFTER you get pregnant but he would run the full panel on you before getting pregnant if you like .. if you want an RE who will do that testing, Dr.Tortoriello at SIRM is another option. OR ... perhaps you could work with a different RE of your choice and Dr.B could coordinate the immune treatment portion of your care. Good luck!
