I did and I got the medela PIS through Edgepark Medical. I called them and they did all the paperwork and dealt with Empire. The only thing I had to do was have my OBs office fax them a letter verifying the need for a pump.

That's what I did, but I used Better Living Now and do not recommend them - I told them to hold off for now bc I was considering paying extra for a different pump and like a week later the PIS showed up on my doorstep. I never got the prescription from my dr, so now I need to call them and see what they need so I don't get charged. I was going to get that one anyone, but I was annoyed that they just went ahead and sent it! When I called Edgepark I was on hold for like 10 minutes and gave up, otherwise I would have used them.
