I had 4 IUI's pre genetic testing and after consulting with Dr. Pillitterri, OB/GYN, he recommended a complete med. eval before continuing. Just had laparoscopy also and removed endo, fibroids and polyp.

Genetic testing showed I have 4G4G mutation - just staring metformin with folic acid, and aspirin daily. Anyone else take this protocol and what has been your outcome so far?

I can begin again in two cycles and am wondering should I stay on the IUI course now that I know I have the mutation and am medicating it? My last IUI was with clomid.
