Things NOT to do while pregnant (not like food related or anything....kinda funny I guess?)
Do NOT watch the movie Eight Below while pregnant if you are a dog lover. I just spent the last 2 hours curled up in a ball of tears with my 30 lb. dog on my lap unable to change the channel. I have SEEN this movie before, I KNOW what happens and I still was an emotional mess.

I DO NOT recommend starting your day by watching The Notebook.  
I also cried during an episode of Dr.Phil where they showed this very unruly teenager who treated her mom like crap. I was like ..... maybe 17yrs ago her mom was in bed with preterm labor just praying she would make it and now she's all grown up and literally choking her.

Watching Grey's Anatomy lately is just a BAD idea! I know all the things that can happen during pregnancy but do these shows really have to remind me?!?! It's like every show lately is going for the "pregnancy/birthing" scare and I cry EVERY TIME!!!!
Also the American Airlines commercials with the soldiers...I cry EVERY TIME with that too!

DO NOT think about Father of the Bride (part I or II).... Thought of it while driving to my grandparent's house this afternoon and almost had to pull over because I started crying .... I WASN'T EVEN WATCHING THE MOVIE, JUST THINKING ABOUT IT!

omg that episode of Dr. phil upset me soooo much for the same reasons!!!!

don't Watch An Idiot Abroad When He Goes To China And Eats Real Chinese Food. Especially Don't Watch It After You Ate. Especially If You Are One Of Those Lucky Women Who Has A Super Sensitive Gag Reflex.
