Omega 3?
Does anyone take omega 3? I picked up some flaxseed oil pills but wanted to make sure they're safe!

Omega 3?
I take it as part of my vitamin pack. Dr said not to take too much extra. My husband does supplementation and nutrition for his clients and asked my dr and he said to not take anything more than what I already have. I'd just check with your dr before starting anything new.
