Braxton hicks?
Silly question
Can you only have them on one side? My ride side I had a sharp pain and is hard as a rock left side nothing

Good question...I was wondering the same thing because today only my right side has been tightening and not the left....

BHs don't hurt. If you are feeling a sharp pain it's likely a muscle spasm or the baby kicking.

yup! You can get the tightness in one part of your belly. I thought it was a body part but turns out it was BH!

My doc said baby tends to be on one side of the uterus or the other. I have the same thing.

this happened to me yesterday at work. I started feeling a bit crampy but I thought it was because I was sitting down for too long. I walked around a bit and felt a bit better but still crampy. I felt it all over not just in one place
