Well, it's been a hectic year
My last unmedicated IUI was in May of 2012. I had a consult with Dr Zapantis in June of 2012 after leaving RSofNY.
I was promoted in July 2012 could not take any time off until September.
My DH started a new job in September 2012, and did not have insurance coverage until January 2013.
Then, since we are unexplained..and I found dealing with RSofNY to be really stressful. we took a few months off to try timed intercourse. There is nothing LESS fun then timed intercourse... 
I'm approaching 39 with a quickness, so long story not to be any longer... I have my first monitoring appointment with Dr. Z today. We're doing an IUI with clomid. If that doesn't work we're going straight to IVF.
I'm so excited, and I hope we get to start our family soon!

Thank you all for all your wonderful luck and
I took Clomid CD3-CD7. I had my CD10 blood draw and sono today.
I have a lining of 5.2 and 3 follicles (2 on the right and one on the left) each measuring 15mm.
I'm going back on Friday, and I think I'll be triggering on Friday for IUI on Saturday.
I've never triggered before, since I surge on my own.
Fingers crossed.. This is the first cycle I've had so much information, so it's helpful even if this isn't our month.

Good luck with your IUI. Tomorrow is my last day of Clomid and then back to Dr. Z on Monday for monitoring. Don't worry about the trigger its not so bad. My first cycle Dr. Z gave it to me and the last one my DH gave it to me. Best of luck.

it's called IVF 
nothing more romantic than getting pregnant while being spread eagle on the table with your husband in a chair next to you, a lady with a giant syringe-like prob in your hoo-ha, an embryologist commenting on your embryos while running an external sono with a full bladder, and two random nurses (one male, one female) just milling about by the door... nothing i WISH it was as simple as timed intercourse 
but we do what we gotta do
