My doctor told me 2 cups a day every day was fine. I don't drink that much but I am MORE than certain than every so often is a-ok.
What trimester are you in?

My doc also told me that if one were to choose to ease up on caffeine, it is most important in the first trimester. (Also I knew you were ahead of me, sorry, prego brain!!!) So you are definitely totally fine for that second cup today or any day!

My OB has always said to stay under 300mg of caffeine. I went on the Stbx website during my last pregnancy and figured out what I could have - it's more than you think. And, you can always make at home or order in Stbx a half caff for the second cup.

1 cup is ok, 2 on a occasion is ok too. 200-300mg of caffeine is ok for a normal pregnancy. 1 cup is 200mg so just watch your other sources.

That's what has been going on here lol  I wonder why 
Well the good thing is I'm done with school so I can leisurely drink coffee now as opposed to REALLY needing it to write.
