hi all - we need an electrician! someone who either is located in brooklyn, or who doesn't charge extra for going to brooklyn.

we need a fan installed, as well as 6 pendant lights and also installing a chandelier with a converter kit (because it is plug-in originally, and we want it hard wired). our ceilings are 14 ft in this area so it's a little more complicated/hazardous.

the fan and the pendant lights both involve moving the electricals, since there aren't lights where we want either things installed. we also need a switch installed in the wall for the fan.
