Milk Making Me Feel Sick?
I had this problem. It was because the dairy would make my phlemy and that would cause me to be nauseous. I had to get my calcium through eating like a bowl of cereal. I haven't had a glass of milk in SO long and I miss it but I don't miss the nausea. Try to scale back on how much dairy you have and maybe eat like a cracker with the polly-o to help with it.

Well everyone is different but that's what worked for me. Couldn't hurt to try it right?

Re: Milk Making Me Feel Sick?
Try almond milk. It has more calcium than milk anyway. I get the original unsweetened kind but they also have vanilla/sweetened versions too.

Re: Milk Making Me Feel Sick?
I couldn't have milk because it would make me phlemy and left a bad taste in my mouth I found. Chewing gum after would make it tolerable

Milk made me nauseous throughout almost my entire pregnancy.
