Anyone impacted by the housing market crash and can't get out of their house
DH and I desperately need more room. I love my house and would consider putting a dormer but we won't be able to get a home equity loan since there is no equity in our house. Has anyone else been in this position? I wonder what options there are. A personal loan is not really an option because 1. the interest rate would be high. 2. from what I understand, a bank wouldn't give a personal loan for that much money.

Yes.
We ended up renting out our house and are closing on a newer, much more spacious house next week :::fingers crossed:::.
Could renting your house out be an option?
