Can anyone recommend all inclusive-adult only places in Aruba?

Re: All inclusive Aruba

My Future Sister in Law just stayed at the Occidental in Aruba and LOVED it. She absolutely raved about the place.

I don't beleive there are many all-inclusives on Aruba to choose from, but I would check it out.

There aren't many all inclusives in Aruba as the above poster mentioned but there is the Bucuti that is adults only and while not all inclusive, I do think it includes breakfast.

we stood in bucuti in march. the grounds are gorgeous, breakfast is included

BUT it's very very very quiet and a bit "older" there are many delis, markets where you can buy food, theres liquor stores, duty free...

We went to the RIU Palace for our honeymoon and loved it! It's not adults only but we didn't see many children during the 10 days we were there.

Re: All inclusive Aruba

Too many good restaurants to do an All-Inclusive.
Occidental is AI, but it is a family resort.
Food is ok, alcohol is definitely not top shelf.

If you want AI that is adults only, try Secrets or Excellence on another island.

I stayed at RIU palace and I would not recommend doing it. Like other poster said, there really are so many great places to eat in Aruba and I hated the food/drinks at RIU.

I am gong back to Aruba in July and staying at the Westin and not doing all inclusive.

Occidental and RIU

BUT it's really not necessary since the food is Aruba is so good and there are many price ranges of restaurants to go to (even walk to).
For the best deals on a room, rent a timeshare. You can go on redweek.com and rent from Owners.
I recommend the Marriott Ocean Club (Surf Club if going with Kids)

Hope that helps!

Re: All inclusive Aruba

I went to the Bucuti for my honeymoon in 2004. It is gorgeous and has the best beach of all the hotels, IMO. At that time, only the Tara Suites were adult only. Kids were permitted to stay in the other section of the hotel, but you didn't really see many, because they don't have any activities for kids. I would not stay there with a younger child, but would love to go back one day, it was so beautiful and relaxing.

Now they do not allow anyone under 18 to stay in any part of the hotel. Kids can come during the day (there was a wedding on the beach while I was there and guests of the wedding had a young child, but could not stay at Bucuti), but because no kids can sta, there really are none there. And yes, the beach is definitely one of the most beautiful in the Carribean.

I heard that the occidental is always crowded and impossible to find a pool chair. People wake up at 5am to save a seat and then go back to bed. Ive heard this from 3 diff ppl who have gone.
