Tingling fingers, dizziness
I am 28 weeks and I know this can be normal, but this morning I woke up extremely dizzy. I drank water and laid back down on my left side for about 20 minutes. It definitely helped and as I woke more up, the dizziness went away. I got my DD dressed and then my fingers on my left hand started tingling. It's just my fingers, it was just sudden. And I have a weird feeling on the back of my left arm.
My husband and I were moving all weekend and working on the new house, although I didn't do much, my whole Body just feels run down and heavy.
This is all freaking me out so badly. I am on the train to work and having a panic attack. I am wondering if I should have gotten off at mineola to go to Winthrop.

Re: Tingling fingers, dizziness
This type of thing used to happen to me too, especially if I was tired/dehydrated etc. Everything is just probably just being compounded by you feeling anxious with the weird sensations which in turn will increase the tingly feelings and make you more anxious (vicious cycle). I would just take it easy, relax/rest and eat. You will probably feel better tomorrow. Feel better and you can always check in with your doc!

Re: Tingling fingers, dizziness
Thanks for the reply, it does help. I have an anxiety disorder to begins with, so this doesn't help.
My OB just called me, I had the glucose test done on Thursday. I passed glucose, but failed iron, so I have to take an iron pill, which I should be taking anyway, my iron level was at a 9, it should be 12 or higher, I knew my iron was getting low just by how I was feeling, I just also have a lot of anxiety taking pills, so I kind of put it off, but I think the pills are the lesser of the two evils of me always thinking I am having a heart attack or stroke.

Re: Tingling fingers, dizziness
I am not there yet!! but It all sounds pretty normal. At this stage the blood circulation increases. somoetimes you might get dizzy and such when you get up too quickly so be careful. Always stay hydrated!! You are on your last trimester so I am sure it is going to be uncomfortable one last time. Please try to stay calm and maybe talk to someone about your axiety it might help you feel better!

Re: Tingling fingers, dizziness
I have anxiety and have had panic attacks as well so I definitely know the feeling and worry that comes with your body doing weird stuff. Just try to remind yourself that we get some strange sensations during pregnancy and try to give yourself some distractions to focus on!
