I'm personally going to say no because I see it as an artificial sweetener even though it's supposed to be "natural" if that makes sense. I'd just stick with brown sugar or honey.

I use it, my dr gave it the ok as well as splenda. I don't go overboard but I do use it sometimes.

splenda isnt artificial so its ok. truvia i read isnt as good bec it is artificial. Ive been using splenda.

No offense but doctors are not always the best for advice when it comes to nutrition. I would avoid trivia and stick to honey, maple syrup, succanat, coconut palm sugar, etc.
