Oh no, "Did I just find out my baby's sex?"
My DH recorded the sonogram and after they were finished the blue vitals screen popped up and I paused it to look for the heart rate and I noticed at the top middle part of the screen it simply said "female"... 
Did I just Sherlock Holmes the baby's sex?

i never had the babies sex on a sono pic
it did say female but i think it was referring to me

Yeah! Actually right after the sono was something on the screen that had my EDD, some vitals about the baby, my doctors name and the Techs name...I can't seem to figure out why "female" would be there
Females have babies so why use a space just to add that if it was referring to me 
It didn't print out on the pictures just the screen where the tech inputs the info...I was upset because I did not want to find out and now I may know 
If its a boy or girl I don't care as long as the baby is healthy!

I just looked back at sonogram pics for ya. Some of mine (depending on where I had it done) said "female" below my name. Think of it this way - sonogram machines aren't ONLY used for prenatal sonograms. Men can have sonograms too for a variety of health issues. I'm sure it was referring to you.

EXACTLY what I was going to say.
Plus, I looked back at my sonos too and also have "female" and we're having a  so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Oh no,
referring to you. I asked my mfm sono tech about it and they have to enter the patient's sex.

I agree. Also, unless you did a a blood test or PGD testing to confirm the sex, they probably wouldn't put that info in until your anatomy scan.

this. they dont put the babies sex on the screen only at the anatomy can if you want to find out will they, and they usually put XY for male, and XX for female.

Sonos aren't jsut for pregnancy so that why it would ask for female.

My doc informed me that they wouldn't keep any kind of record of the sex of the baby, chart or whatever.
