For what it's worth, this pic is photoshopped. TMZ did an entire series of KK about to pop pictures taking pictures that she was photographed in and photoshopped in a 9 month preggo belly. Not to say she wouldn't try to squeeze her huge self into something like this anyway  If you scroll to the bottom you can see the photo gallery if you really, really, really want to.
