Un-even Hair
I had my hair highlighted for 10 years. I just stopped and went back to my regular color. For months my hair grows uneven. I will get a haircut to even it out but then it seems it never gets longer because I have to cut it to match the side that is not growing as fast.
Is there something out there that I can use to speed up the length on the side that is not growing as fast? It is about 2 inches shorter.
Thanks

I actually have no idea.. I've never heard of such a thing! Did you try asking your hairdresser? Maybe they've seen it happen before?

It goes fast. Pay attention.

I know taking biotin helps with hair growth. But if it's so signficantly uneven, you may want to speak to your doctor or dermatologist. It could be a sign of vitamin deficiencies or something else that they could help you out with.
Is it thin on that side too?

Re: Un-even Hair
I am a stylist. I have never seen a 2 inch difference ever in growth. Usually one side grows a bit faster but I haven't seen anything that dramatic. Have u spoken to your doc about it?

Spoke to the hairdresser and she did not know why it was happening after I stopped putting my hair up for the gym.
The only thing I can think of is the highlighting of the hair and drying it out.
