I don't know but expected something more outrageous from her. This is too damn demure....she needs to switch outfits with the bathing suit fishnet girl in the back. Now that is the Miley I know!!
Seriously, I think she is cute, but needs a bit more guidance. I feel that she will turn out to be like Lindsay Lohan.

I also dont think she's slutty at all - she is just finding her own style after all she is only what 20-22? and when u especially compare her to Tylor "flavor of the week" Swift.....
