Bassett Furniture??

So we went to look at the showroom today and were really impressed with the fact that you can custom all the fabric and details of the couch. Have heard it is good quality.

If you have any experience with Bassett furniture please share. Thanks

We bought an ottoman, an end table, 2 chairs and a tv stand from them and the quality is really great. No complaints.

We bought our bedroom set from them. The quality is amazing and they were so easy to work with.

I bought my formal living room furniture from them in early 2009. LOVED working with them... they had an on-site designer that was really helpful when it came to choosing fabrics, accent tables, etc. The customer service was good and the furniture was delivered on time (like 2 days before I was hosting Easter for 30+ people, so I was holding my breath!).

I get a lot of compliments on my living room... I think the furniture definitely has a high end, more custom look instead of the "I bought a room" matchy/matchy feel that you sometimes can get when you buy furniture all at once, from one place.

We ordered a simple bookcase that we designed from them and the whole process was a PITA. I like the quality of the product but the customer service was HORRENDOUS.

We bought our counter height table and chairs from them. They were awesome.
The table arrived at the regular height and the chairs were counter height. No one noticed, not even DH and when I got home I said, Houston, we have a problem.

When we called to alert them the manager himself came over and swapped out the legs of the table to match that day.

I had a great experience aside from the mistake. I would use them again.

Mixed but leaning more towards good.

We purchased our dining room table and chairs almost a year ago. That went well and the person we worked with was really helpful. (Although I should have ordered it through N.C to save $).

When we went back looking at swatching for livingroom chairs we worked with someone different that one time. She was supposed to send us several swatch samples but never did.

I'd go back to them again but won't pay full price.

The furniture itself was exactly what we wanted (kitchen tables and chairs) but the customer service experience was absolutely awful.

When our chairs arrived, the wood part of the seat was a different color from the table and the delivery dude tried to get me to keep it (in addition to assembling it in my kitchen, leaving packing materials everywhere etc). I refused delivery and then it took about 6 weeks, and no less than like 18 phonecalls to get the chairs.

While I like the product, the run around I received was kind of insane and would prevent me from purchasing there again.

I have no complaints though do still have one unresolved issue. I bought my DR set, LR (couch, two slipper chairs, ottoman), and another ottoman and side table for my family room from them. When the DR was delivered, the delivery men noticed the wood on five of the chairs was starting to flake off in the crevice (I'm in CO so this is not uncommon with how dry it is out here), showed me and was going to put them back on the truck. I asked to keep them in the meantime since I didn't want to have a room with just a table and buffet and they were fine with it. I am still waiting for my replacement chairs and its been about a month.

We bought our bedroom set from them a few months ago. The footboard arrived scratched, which I didn't see until after the delivery guys left.
We didn't want them to fix it; we didn't pay for damaged furniture. They gave us the run around, insisted on fixing it, and then when it still looked damaged agreed to replace it. Was just annoying to go through all of that on a new purchase.
Otherwise, quality of the furniture is good so far.

Idk if it's the same but our bedroom furniture is Vaughn-Bassett and the quality is awful. Got it at raymour...
