Mixing Follistim pen and Menopur?

Docs office says I can mix the two so I only have one injection. I've don't it before with gonalf (not the pen) and repronex but never follistim and menopur. Do I just put the follistim right into the menopur powder or do I mix the menopur diluant into the menopur powder and then add follistim? Hope that makes sense...basically just trying to figure out if I need the menopur diluant or not. TIA!

I only have the dial up follistim pen so I am not sure how I would mix that with my menopur! Interested to know as well!

I don't think you can mix the two with the pen. I always did 2 separate injections.

I mixed them! I actually went on YouTube to see how they did it because I was so confused when the nurse tried explaining it over the phone. I mixed the Menopur first with the liquid. Then I used the dial up Follistim pen with the correct amount and put that needle right into the little container for Menopur. I then drew up all the liquid in another needle. I hope I explained ok. There was a video on YouTube that was helpful... check it out. Kinda scary how we depend on the internet for these kind of things. Good Luck!

I looked it up and found something very similar on YouTube! Thank you for making me feel like I'm not a not relying on videos from someone I don't even know to inject myself! haha
