Calf muscle pain/soreness
I'm 16wks and today I woke up with muscle pain/soreness in my calves. Scared the heck out of me and hurt so bad. DH rubbed them, got me me lots of water( afraid of dehydration), I elevated my legs and tried to stretch it out. That seemed to help but wow, that was crazy. Anyone ever experience that before??
I was so worried I caused this because we went to an event last nigt and I was seated for hours, so uncomfortable. I would get up and walk obv for the bathroom..which was several times and move my legs while I sat but still wondered how bad it truly was...ugh.. this freaked me out.

Probably a charlie horse, I get them in my calves all the time when I'm in bed. Just stay hydrated & flex your foot when it happens, not much you can do.

Calf muscle pain/soreness
That jas happened to me 4 nights ago..it was horrible i also had shooting pain in my shins!!! Almost cried! Well now i drink more water & eat a banana before bed. Has not happened since (knock on wood)

I had that two days in a row! Literally woke up, lasted maybe 15 seconds and was so painful I actually yelled out.

I usually get up and walk/hobble it off. Happened last night so I went out and got some bananas for today!
