Really red flushed cheeks
Yes it can be. Just make sure there's no fever. When my DS gets really red cheeks it's either teething, a fever, or the weather.

No fever, but she has been holding her ears, wanting to chew everything in site and very cranky. Hope her teeth cut through soon, poor munchkin.

Yeah definitely sounds like teething to me. Hope she's feeling better soon!

Tiny tot has had red cheecks on and off for months. Three days ago it came back. I use coconut oil. If that doesn't work I use a prescription her doc gave me.
She has no fever.

Really red flushed cheeks
My nephew had this. His doc said it’s from the excess saliva from teething. Like, if he puts his hand in his mouth and then touches his cheek, etc. Believe it or not, they rubbed Vaseline on it and it went away.

DD has the same red cheeks. Everyone keeps telling me it is from the teething. Hope these little girls cut some teeth soon, it's been toooo long!
