Who has a nicely decorated bedroom?
DH and I closed on our house last month. I am totally inept when it comes to decorating. I have to choose a color for our bedroom and our half bath by tomorrow morning. Would you ladies mind posting photos of your master bedrooms and/or bathroom for some inspiration? I am starting to lose my mind because I feel utterly clueless.

Who has a nicely decorated bedroom?
If you aren't color savvy stick with neutrals. We just redid out entire house. My master bedroom is Benjamin Moore windsbreath. It has grey undertones but its a light enough color that I can pair it with my dark furniture and any color comforter I want. My master bathroom is BM revere pewter and my tiles are dark grey. Again love the color because I can choose any color shower curtain and bathroom rug I want and it doesn't clash.

Good advice. I painted my bedroom this DARK maroon and I loved it. Now I don't and I am stuck with that color as far as picking out beddings. It has vaulted ceilings and is a PIA to repaint.

Who has a nicely decorated bedroom?
I used Pecan Sandie from Behr which is a beige like tan. Very neutral but has some color. I have dark paneled floors and white furniture. I can do pretty much anything and I love it!

If you like a beige color we did BM bar harbor beige. Another neutral that we are in love with. I can honestly say I love every color in my house right now and we are not color savvy at all.

Off to look at BM colors. If that doesn't work, I'm heading to Sherwin Williams. I think I'm heavily leaning towards a beige for the bedroom. I'm thinking maybe a light sage color for the half bath?

I would love to do a muted gray in my bathroom. I feel that's pretty neutral. Right now it's like an eggshell color which is ok but at least it's very neutral.

My bedroom is currently a latte beige color & the tray ceiling is a little darker. While I like it, I'm on the fence about changing it. I'm loving grey bedrooms, but then I see bedrooms in brown tones with color accents & I don't want to change. (5 years later & still haven't painted  )

Who has a nicely decorated bedroom?
We are doing Valspar Stillwater which is a light aqua greenish color. I am not into changing my room décor with seasons and prefer to have one set vision for my room. It's a very soft, romantic feeling room. I want it to be my retreat.
