Looking for rental apartment in mineola or new hyde park
I am looking for 2 bedroom apartment for rent in mineola/williston park/new hyde park. May consider 1 bedroom apartment if it is big (atleast 900 sq feet). Trying to avoid broker fee since all listings in MLS site needs broker fee.

Looking for rental apartment in mineola or new hyde park
I saw a sign outside a house that had an apt. It was on roslyn rd right next to CVS (south of jericho). I lived in a building in mineola. We knocked on the super's door and she showed us the vacant apt then we contacted the rental company directly. we avoided the broker fee, but we gave the super $200 for her time. might be worth doing. or ask the super for the rental companies number and call them to see if there are any vacancies coming up. there are a few building in mineola all owned by the same company.
