Pain down inner leg

I have a terrible crampy feeling down my inner thigh and front of it sometimes. It's mostly when I walk, it's not excruciating, but it's annoying. I was going to call the OB, is that something silly to call about? I am sure it's just where the baby is laying and the bad mattress that I am sleeping on until the new one comes in, but I am just in so much pain, between that and the pressure.

Def not silly to call. I am not one to call for little things and I expected to be achy during pregnancy but I had a pain in my left leg that I thought was sicatica. It pregressively got worse and I finally called the Dr. told him about it. I ended up havign 3 clots in my leg and was in the hospital for 4 days.

I am not telling this to scare you just that what we think is silly could end up beign soemthing big.

My worst fear is blood clots. Like I am crazy paranoid about them. The pain isn't terrible, it's there randomly. I am going to call anyway, but its all the way at the top, like the crease between my leg and hip I guess. It hasn't gotten worse, but not better either. I attributed it to this week I've been taking a class at work and I've had to commute all the way downtown and I am just not used to it!
