Great deal on rental car!
I just scored an awesome deal on a renal car! I booked a mid-size SUV for a week in Orlando for $167! And yes, that includes the tax too.

I'm sorry, it's for pick up by 6/15. But they run deals like this periodically. I found this deal (and have found many good ones for cars) on slickdeals.com. You will probably have to wait until closer to your trip for a deal. I have never paid more then $240 a week for an SUV.
What I suggest is researching coupon codes. Book with a site that doesn't require you to prepay. That way you can continue looking for a better deal and you can always cancel the original booking. I recently booked my sister a full size car for about $240. It was the best rate I could find. Two days before her trip they released last minute deals. I was able to get the same car class for $153.

Great deal on rental car!
Thanks so much for this! We are heading to Orlando in June and this worked out great. I was able to get an intermediate SUV for $202 incl tax for the week. We're not staying a Saturday night so it was slightly higher than your rate but a HUGE savings nonetheless.

ETA: Just booked my car for MB, its a 6 day rental for intermediate SUV, came out to $173!

It's too far out imo to book for then bc most codes won't apply. You could try the orlando magic card code with thrifty though. We did the code and chose wild card with them recently and got a minivan for a week for $160 total. However, that was with an early res and then rebooking later. Prices will shift from now to Oct so u have to watch.
