Carter's is awesome
I ordered a bunch of stuff online the other day and the package came today. I went to open it and saw that it had already been opened (neatly, not ripped or damaged) and out of the 7 items that were supposed to be in there, there was only 1! I checked the packing slip and all 7 items were supposed to be in there. I was so upset, I called Carter's first then the post office.
Carter's was so apologetic. Just asked for the order number and said the items are on their way! Just got an email that they already shipped the new items!
Filed a complaint with the post office as well to let them know what happened, we'll see how long it takes them to respond 
Very satisfied with Carter's customer service

OMG, that is crazy! I'm glad to hear Carters was so helpful though! I would be livid to discover my package had been stolen from, most likely by someone in the postal service. I really hope that isn't the case.

Carter's is awesome
Carter's is awesome! I had an issue where I tried to exchange something (still on the hanger with the tags and in season) and the sales person in the store would not do it and told me I had to try other stores that sold that Carter's item. She actually listed at least 6 other stores and said I should try those and see if any of them would do the exchange. She was so rude. I sent an email to customer service to tell them I thought that policy was a little crazy and after telling me that wasn't their policy and apologized they not only emailed me a label to send it back to them so they could send me the other size they also send me a $20 gift card for the inconvenience!! Their Customer Service is AMAZING!!

Carter's is awesome
Carters is really great! I bought a bunch of pajamas from Kohls and they were super tight on DD, despite being a larger size. They immediately sent me a shipping package to return them tot hem so they could examine and credited me so I could buy new ones in the meantime.

Wow i didn't know you could do this. I was going crazy trying to find a store that took a Carter's item that Carter's would not take back in the store. The cashier told me since it was a black hanger it wasn't theirs... and named some stores that may take it. Good to know in the future.

Thanks, yes I finally found that out when i did a search on here actually.... (after going to BRU, Kohl's and other various stores). I had to borrow my FIL's costco card to return it.
