What's for Lunch?
After a huge Easter gathering at my house (17 people)  I decided I would order lunch in today. But I have no idea what to have? Give me some great ideas of what you girls are having!!!

What's for Lunch?
A Pumpernickel bagel toasted with garden veggies cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. Also having some left over pasta salad.

Today I had Chicken Salad with tomato on a plain bagel with a small side of macaroni salad.
It was gooooddddddddd!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you tell me what brand? I am also GF (and DF...) so far i havent really loved any. i thought Ians was okay. But i could go for a good nugget!!! Thanks!!

I made my own copycat version of Panera's chicken bacon Dijon sandwich with chips on the side. It was delicious!

Sorry! Just saw this now!
It's not really a recipe but here is what I do:
I just use regular white bread
I mix together a little mayonnaise, dijon mustard, honey, and rosemary herb seasoning to make the sauce part.
Then I just make 3 slices of bacon until they are crispy and then coat each slice of bread with the mayonnaise mixture, then I use Boar's Head Buffalo Chicken from the deli, a slice or two of deli swiss cheese, then I put on the bacon and put it in the panini press. It comes out awesome everytime!
