Any BTDT Mommies whose DH's work long hours?

DH has the type of job where he can be home by 4:30 some days, or as late as 9 on others. Well this week he has worked until almost 8 every night. I am in my first tri and I am soooo exhausted. I try and get out with DD in the morning but byt the afternoon I am pooped!

Also dealing with more nausea this time around. We haven't told anyone yet, so I can't really ask for help. Sigh.... all for a good cause, just stinks because its the whole week and we couldn't do fun Easter stuff as a family.

I can only imagine, in my first trimester Sandy happened and dh was working 12pm hour nights, so we passed each other at the door. it really sucked but I don't have any kids at home, just a puppy so I can only imagine how bad it would be with a little one..... hang in there....

Me! DH has been getting a ton of overtime the past few months. There were times in my first tri that I had to put a movie on for DD and hope for the best. The nausea and exhaustion were such a challenge with no help. Hang in there! Hope you feel better soon!

DH works about 55 hours a week! I guess that's what happens when you marry an executive chef.

Yes. DH is gone 12 hours a day. I don't have any other kids but I have a full time job and a 9 month old puppy that has the energy of a 2 year old child. Most nights I am exhausted!

DH is gone 12-13 hours a day. Even though the commute to the city from our house isn't that bad, it just makes his work day longer. I'm a SAHM to a 2.5 year old with on the way. Not sure how I am going to do it when they get here. I really just have to get through July and August b/c DS will be going to school 3 days a week come Sept. I know the other two days will be difficult but it will all work out.
