Sleep Help!!!!
My 23 month old son has ALWAYS been a great sleeper until lately. Now he cries every night at bedtime and wakes up during the night. We are being consistent and not taking him out of his crib, but I don't know what else to do. I won't do the CIO thing since I did it twice and both times he threw up even though he only cried for 2 min. Is this normal for this stage and what has worked for you??? I'm exhausted and at my end!
