Jessica Jacob OR Steven Seidman and Julia Aronovich
I posted on pregnancy too but thought I would get feedback on here as well.
Please share experiences and opinions on these 2 OBGYN practices

Jessica Jacob OR Steven Seidman and Julia Aronovich
I used Jessica Jacob for my last pregnancy. She was great - Especially in the delivery room. Her staff is really nice too. I really liked her, but if you are looking for a hand holding type, she's not for you - She is very no nonsense. She is a sole practitioner and very busy so there are often long waits in the office, which is very cramped.

I thought about using her but when I called to schedule a 1st OB appt I was told she doesn't offer evening appointments at all for OB only GYN.

I used to use Jessica Jacob and THIS!
She is incredibly busy and the office wait is long, but she does have early hours too. She is very no nonsense, but for me, I ultimately left her shortly after I found out I was pregnant. My step-MIL used to work with her and she is very strict. I'm small and I always knew that there was a huge possibility that I would have to have a c-section to have a baby, which Dr. Jacob is staunchly against unless it is absolutely dire. I couldn't take that risk.

Very True! I used her and yes her wait is long but I always made the first appt and was in and out in 30 mins. Her visits are quick too but she will answer all your questions. In the delivery room she was no nonsense but I am the type of person who needs a push. She was great and I honestly was very proud of my self to deliver a 9.9lb baby lol.

i also tried Jessica Jacob just as gyn before i was pregnant. the office wait was WAYYY too long for me. literally hours sometimes. and when my bloodwork came back as possible PCOS the office didnt really give it to me straight - they made me think there was a possibility it was just from BC pills (although i later found out my hormone levels were pretty crazy). then she gave me clomid with really no followup information or when to come back. after that i switched to an RE and ultimately switched dr's when i did get pregnant (over a year later with IVF..).
anyway i didnt dislike her, but i cant say my experience would lead me to recommend her either even though some people rave about her. if the office wait wasnt so terrible i would consider giving her another chance since i like that shes pro-vaginal birth.
