So how much baby food is your 6 mo old eating?

I am breastfeeding but started baby food few weeks ago : oatmeal cereal, some fruits , some veggies, yogurt.
My ped told me to start giving DS baby food for breakfst and dinner. I started giving him Yo baby yogurt for breakfast -sometimes I mix it in with some fruit, and cereal for dinner also sometimes mixed in with fruit or veggies, I make some stuff at home, but I do have some organic jared baby food my friend gave me so using that too (for now, once it's gone will be making more food) . Just not sure how much to give, do I give whole thing of Yo baby yogurt or half? Do I give whole jar of baby food or half? How much cereal do I give? I feel so stupid, I can't remember anything from when my DD was little

my dd is 6 months..ped hasn't okay yogurt yet for her but she gets 1 1/2 tablespoons of cereal(oatmeal, rice, barley) in the AM with a fruit or veggie( one new every 3 days)- a whole stage 1 Jar, and then the same in the Pm. HTH!

DD is getting Oatmeal cereal in morning followed by a bottle of formla. Lunch 1 stage 2 veg & meat jar. Afternoon another formual bottle 7oz. Dinner 1 stage 2 fruit jar mixed with oatmeal. Then around 9pm another bottle.
