Saline sono
Soooo, first of all...it was nothing!!! Did a mock IVF too so they could measure things just in case we have to go that route. That was nothing. Then saline sono and it was totally fine!!! Dr Lydic is magic with that speculum and it didn't even hurt :). Then, the results...
He said he did see a couple really small polyps. But then he said my lining was irregular in places. So now we are gojng to do a hysteroscopy, a polypectomy, and a D&C, knocked out THANK GOODNESS!!! He is worried about hyperplasia (overgrowth/rapid growth of cells) which can range from mild to moderate to severe to cancer...GREAT! Just another bump in my TTC road. Surg is April 19th and I'm ok with the surgery, just really nervous about results. But, I am going to stay positive until I get results.

Just remember, it's a bump in the road but it will still get you to where you need to be! I had a hysteroscopy along with D&C years ago to clear my lining and it did wonders! I became pregnant with my son soon after. Sometimes, it is what you need for that egg to be able to implant properly! Good luck and best wishes for you!
