How did you get your LO to sleep better at night or STTN?
DS is 5 months and has never slept through the night. He used to wake up about 12:30-1ish (kicking his legs around) I would feed him and he'd fall back asleep and then every 2-3 hours after that. Lately he's waking up around 11-11:30 (whining) and then every 2 hours after that. Last night he woke up at 9:30 and then every 2 hours after that. I feel like we're moving backward and I'd love for him to get more sleep.

DS did this at this age..I had already started solids, so increased his meals during the day..that helped....maybe your LO is not getting enough during the day?

We stopped feeding him in the middle of the night. We were setting a pattern for him to want not need a bottle in the middle of the night. Once we broke that habit he was STTN ever since.

dd is 5.5 months.. she was doing that a few weeks ago as well and it turned out she was cutting a tooth, but also ped said she did not need a night feeding anymore so when she wakes up and whines or cries i go in and give her the paci and turn on her sleep sheep and she will usually go back to sleep. sometimes this happens multiples times a night but it is getting better

this!
its a combination of eating enough, getting enough fresh air/sunlight, and routine in addition she explains tools for helping baby to sleep that will not interfere with learning to self sooth and do not involve CIO (if you don't want it)

Same here. My DD stopped feeding over night very early on. I would have to try everything to wake her when she was an infant. Moshe slept awesome til about 5-6 months and then it was all downhill. This went on for about 5 months and then around her first bday she got the hang of the whole sleep thing. We did CIO. Good luck!
