Nausea is out of control today
ugh I can't even concentrate today it's so bad. On top of that I have the worst menstrual-like cramps. Of course every little cramp and pain makes me worry but I'm sure its just the uterus doing its thing... I just want to curl up in a ball in the corner of my cubicle

Nausea is out of control today
The cramps could be that you need to drink more water. I know when my MS was so bad I HATED to drink and I would get cramps and my sister would yell at me.
Try some water with lemon see if you can keep that down. Also, the nutritionist would advise me to put juice boxes in the freezer and use those as some snacks. They DEF helped.
