Day Out With Thomas- Baltimore, MD vs. Strasburg, PA

For those who have done this. Which location is best for a two and a half year old? Any tips, suggestions, etc. much appreciated. Thanks

Day Out With Thomas- Baltimore, MD vs. Strasburg, PA

They're both appropriate for that age. It depends on what else you want to do besides ride the train. Baltimore has the Inner Harbor area for walking and shopping, and the National Aquarium. One thing to keep in mind is that the aquarium does not permit the use of strollers.

Any quick search on Thomas on this site should bring up tons of lists of things to do in PA.

Dont know about the Baltimore location, but we have done the one in PA & made a weekend out of it, visiting Dutch Wonderland & Hershey. Great trip. If you have a little Thomas fanatic, he / she will love this attraction.

It's one of those weird things. There are elevators, but they are "strictly" for guests in wheelchairs.

We've seen Thomas in both places and had a good time in each city.
