Anyone not find out gender @ 20 week sono
I'm trying to plan out gender reveal party and I was thinking the following weekend after our twenty week appt.
Anyone not find out by that time or was not able to find out @ their 20 week appointment?

Nope, just immediate family and some of my closest friends getting together. I'm going to get food and have a quick outdoor bbq/lunch. I do not want gifts,just some of the closest people to us to share in the moment

I've heard I that happening if the baby won't cooperate. Drink some oj to get that baby moving!

We found out the gender no problem (even was told at the NT Scan that it was very likely a boy). But my cousin tried numerous times to find out the gender and she didn't get an answer until about 27 weeks...her LO just didn't want to cooperate.
When we were talking about the gender reveal party I told my friends "we want to do it on this date...as long as Baby T cooperates". My friends put it in their calendar and we figured if it doesn't work out, it's an excuse for everyone to hang out.

We chose to not find out...
But when the tech was doing our scan -- she was having a lot of difficulty. We were going to have to come back in the next week to finish it.
She would not have been able to tell us the sex.
At the end, a doctor was actually able to come in and the baby ended up turning and he says he saw the sex organs.
But we were pretty close to not being able to to know. And I know this happened to a few people.

We almost did not find out because  had her little legs crossed for most of the sono! the tech was shaking my stomach to try to get her to move 
ETA that I drank OJ before my sono, and we were a bit nervous because we were also doing a gender reveal with family that weekend!
