I agree with the Beth Lowe rec. I know she is very active in Suffolk, but I assume she is familiar with Nassau too. Either way she is amazing to work with - you will love her from your very first convo.
I've passed on her name to friends who have also used her as their realtor - they were also just as happy with her. So I am 1000% confident she will not disappoint.
