Am I crazy?
I'm 10 weeks tomorrow and having so much anxiety about something going wrong. Our current plan is to tell family on Easter, but we don't have another appt til April 9. I'm worried that we'll tell people and then go to that appt and get bad news. Is it insane to call the dr and see if I can just go in for a soon next week? Or should I just wait until after the April 9 appt to tell family (although I don't know when we'll all be together again)?

A lot of drs offices won't do sonos except for the scheduled ones. Insurance can deny the claim as well if there was no reason for it. They won't do the nt scan early bc there is a reason for doing it right around 12 weeks.
That being said, ifi call and ask, they might do it for u. I had a similar issue but told family anyway after just the first sono, as much as I would have rather waited until after the nt scan.

In my experience something can happen at ANY time. I'm 18wks Sunday and the only reason I'm telling family next week is because of the holiday but I would much rather put it off till after the anatomy scan.. Or viability.. Or heck till after he arrives!!' But the truth is anything can happen at any of the sonos.... No reason to not enjoy this time now and continue hoping for the best!

i definitely know where you are coming from. I told my brother, and SIL this past sunday when i turned 11 weeks, i was so upset after thinking that something is going to go wrong. I have my NT tomorrow, but im not going to tell the rest of my family until easter.

Do what you feel is right. I couldn't hold it until 12 weeks. I told my family and by DH family around 8 weeks. I was just too excited. Plus if something did go wrong they would have known about it anyway.

So basically, yes, I am crazy. 
I really need to figure out a way to relax. Maybe now is a good time to learn how to meditate!
You all made very good points about things happening at any time. I should just try to enjoy the process and whatever happens happens and I'll deal with it then.

It's only natural to worry.... but what I said IS true. Anything can happen at any time. As long as you're comfortable sharing the news, then share it! and then come on LIF to tell us all how it went!
