Potential Baby Shower Dress
Thoughts? Is the pattern too busy? I wanted to do pink for baby girl but I think this is cute. I have time since my shower is not until the beginning of June, but I don't want to get stuck last minute and let's face it, maternity selction is not great.

it is a busy pattern, but I think it would look really cute in person! And the little belt in the back would probably be really flattering, I say order it and see how you like the colors in person.

I tried it on and it didnt go with my body type..but I did really love it and wish I could have worn it.

It's really cute and I think perfect for a June baby shower.
Do you plan on buying it now? Remember you will be significantly bigger when at your shower and you want to make sure you get the right size.

Yes good point!!! I bought 5 dresses from Asos and tried them on 2 weeks before shower.. I was going to wear one of them but then 2 days before my shower it didnt fit right and I got bigger :( I had to go out the day before my shower and purchase a whole new dress

Thanks everyone! I saw it in the store the other day but was so tired I literally didn't have the energy to try it on. But it's stayed with me and that's always a sign for me.
You both make good points about buying it now and it not fitting later on! I didn't even think of it! So I guess going by your standard clothing size for maternity may not work later on in pregnancy?

I never had a problem with anything not fitting later. I just wouldn't buy anything that is tight obviously. Maternity clothes are made to grow in.

I bought this dress and wore it to my future sister-in-laws bridal shower last weekend and I got soooo many complements!! I loved the way it looked on me.

Good to know. Thanks. I just sort of assumed pre-maternity size was good to go for the entire pregnancy but I got nervous reading not fitting into clothes later on in pregnancy.
