Gonal F and Dosage
I just got my instructions and i will be taking a dosage of 150 units for 3 days then back for sono and blood
thought this was high compared to what i was reading, but docs know best..
has anyone have any siode effects?

I was on 112.5 and I didn't have any side effects at all.
No, I lied...first injectable month I had bad O pain but that's just because I had lots of follicles.

but i NEED TO STOP
do not want too many folicles so they cancel the cycle...
Yes, i have to keep telling myself i am going backon friday and they can adjust my disage then... That would be day 6

I was on 150 of gonal F and 1cc of menopur for the first 4 days then switched to just the 150 gonal f.

I was on 225 Gonal F dosage for around 10 days or so AND Menopour 1CC for the same time
Didnt have any side effects from this and this was the only one that I really didnt mind getting injected with. I was using the pen.

what is Menopour?
its another drug they use to "stimulate the ovaries to produce eggs.". not sure how Gonal F is different, I was just injecting cause they told me so LOL

Gonal F and Dosage
Gonal F just has FSH, while Menopur has FSH and LH. For my IVF cycle, I was on 75-150 of Gonal F and 0-1 vial of menopur. I got 20+ eggs. In your case (with an IUI), you obviously do not want that many.
As for side effects, I had none.

I'm on 75-150 of gonal-f and had no side effects other than I swear I would taste it lol.

I was on 150 of the gonal f...no crazy side effects but my trigger shot-ovidrel I had side effects....
