Are closings done on Saturdays????
We're buying in NC and it would be easier to do it on a weekend.......is this common????

i dont know if it is possible because i dont know if the loan officers would be available on saturdays. We were not given that option....

Our closing date on the contract is a Saturday and our realtor told us we'd have to do it either Thursday or Fri before.

I believe in NC they use title companies right? I would just call one of them and ask if they are willing to do a Sat. closing

title companies? I'll have to check.....it's just that I have ZERO time left at my job to take off.....(even though we are closing soon, we don't plan to move down for a month or two)...
